Job Objective:

Professional marketing services for executive level conferences, working with a other audience development professionals. Work on several, varied industry events. Position will be responsible for the marketing efforts for specific conferences through lead generation for direct marketing campaign, maintaining and creating marketing collateral, forming marketing partnerships, cross promotional efforts and research.



Responsibilities:

• Research various executive functions in order to understand the marketplace

• Develop light marketing collateral for events

• To follow up with opportunities, to resolve questions and concerns of potential clients

• Input and maintain data in excel spreadsheets

• Prospect and generate leads for several business events

• Write relevant/effective invitations to prospects

• Diligently follow up and maintain world class customer service and build strong relationships with clients

• Strategically work with data and complicated CRM systems

• Generating leads based on research, competitive market data, etc



Qualifications:

• College degree with concentration in marketing or communications preferred

• 1 year + business experience preferred.

• Familiarity with marketing activities, including direct marketing and e-mail marketing preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Initiative and ability to work independently

• Attention to detail, high level of organization skills, ability to prioritize

• Creativity and ability to think outside-of-the box

• Client relationship management

• Exceptional planning and organization skills

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
